Anne Farrall was born and educated in Cheshire but has lived in Co.Wexford for over a decade.

She attended Art College in England before embarking on a high profile career as an illustrator, working on prestigious accounts throughout the world.

During this time she lived and worked in Spain , Paris , Munich and Los Angeles and travelled extensively in Europe and Africa . She settled on a farm in Ireland in the 1990's and regularly shows in solo and group exhibitions across the island.

Her subject matter includes sporting themes such as horse racing and hurling, portraiture, figurative studies, Irish landscapes and seascapes.

Her paintings are inspired by the light and open spaces of her adopted county and her brush strokes create juxtapositions of colour with shafts of light illuminating the glow of the moment.

Anne works mainly in oils but uses other mediums from time to time..
